Appointment Changes

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, whether booked online or at the clinic, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Refer a friend

Refer a friend and receive a $25 Voucher towards you next Laser or Skin treatments $100 & over.

Late Cancellations and No Shows

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment, we may:

  1. Keep your deposit (if you have prepaid a deposit),
  2. Retain one of your prepaid treatments (if any are on file), or
  3. Charge you 50% of the regular treatment price.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Discretionary Refunds

We may offer a refund if we determine that the treatments you purchased are unsuitable for you (e.g., your skin type is not suitable for the treatment).

Package Refunds

Refunds for prepaid packages are not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Suitability and Responsibility

Our treatments and products may not be suitable for everyone. While we exercise due care and skill, it is your responsibility to determine if the treatment is right for you.

Client Information

To ensure optimal service, please provide all requested information in consent forms and inform us of any factors that may affect your treatments. Realistic expectations of treatment outcomes are essential; discuss achievable results with your therapist or health professional.

Transfer Policy

Non-Transferable Treatments

Once booked, treatments or services cannot be transferred to other individuals. This applies to other prepaid treatments as well.

Specific Treatment Areas

Prepaid treatments for specific areas cannot be transferred to different treatment areas.

Prepaid Treatments

Prepayment Savings

Prepaying for treatments provides savings according to the repayment schedule.

Expiry Dates

Prepaid treatments expire 12 months from the purchase date (for less than 10 treatments) or 18 months from the purchase date (for 10 or more treatments).

Suspending Prepaid Treatment Packages

Discretionary Suspension

We may allow the suspension of prepaid treatment packages due to unforeseen circumstances at our discretion.

Medical Conditions

For certain medical conditions, packages can be suspended for up to 12 months.

One-Time Suspension

Suspension of prepaid treatment packages is limited to one time per package.

Documentation Required

Supporting documentation may be necessary for us to consider suspension requests.

Expiry Timeframe

The remaining expiry time of your prepaid treatments at the time of suspension will be preserved and reinstated when you resume your package.
